Sudden, accidental losses like burst pipes, fire, and storm damage are commonly covered; gradual leaks and some sewer backups may need specific endorsements. We document everything and coordinate with your carrier—see insurance & financing.

Emergency services—water, fire, storm, hazardous materials, board-up, tarping, and tree removal—are 24/7 with a live person answering. Rebuild and roofing work is scheduled with you once the property is safe.
Where are your offices?
We operate from two offices: Troy for Oakland County and Metro Detroit, and Port Huron for St. Clair County and the Blue Water Area.
