Our story
Why The Company Exists.
Graham Ritter started DriForce in 2009 with one truck and one fan, working out of his garage. The idea was simple: when someone has water in the basement at 2 a.m., somebody should pick up the phone and show up.
That is still the job. Today certified crews run from Troy and Port Huron and take a loss from the first call through the final coat of paint. We are still family owned, and Graham still runs it.

How long has DriForce been in business?
Since 2009. Graham Ritter founded the company and still runs it, and it is still family owned. Our legal entity is Absolute Water Removal, LLC, which has always operated as DriForce Property Restoration.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes — insured, an IICRC Certified Firm, and a licensed Michigan builder, License #2102202262, held since 2015. That last one is the one people forget to ask about: it is what lets the same company dry your property and rebuild it.
How fast can you actually get here?
On site within 60 minutes, 24 hours a day. Crews and drying equipment stage at Troy and Port Huron rather than being dispatched from wherever a truck happens to be, which is what makes that a commitment instead of an aspiration.
Do you handle the repairs too, or only the drying?
Both, on one contract. Mitigation and reconstruction run under Michigan Builder License #2102202262, with a one-year workmanship warranty on the rebuild we perform.
