What This Job Actually Is.
An honest description, so nobody arrives surprised.
This is real work at odd hours for people having a bad day. A basement fills at 11 p.m.; somebody has to be the one who shows up, keeps calm, and starts moving water. It is physical, it is unpredictable, and the person you are helping is usually frightened.
What makes it worth doing is that it visibly works. You arrive at the worst moment of someone’s year and you leave their house dry. We take jobs from the first call through the final coat of paint, so you see them finish.
Always Accepting Applications.
These are the roles we hire for. We are not advertising one specific vacancy today.
We keep applications on file for all six of these and reach out when a seat opens. No experience in restoration specifically? Say so — the certifications are ours to pay for.

From The Field To Department Head.
One real example, from our own team page.
Nick Fritz came up through field operations, moved into estimating and project management, and now heads the Environmental Department as a Senior Estimator, holding IICRC Water Damage certification along with MII Mold Remediation and Mold Inspector. That is ten years and a department.
DriForce is owned and operated by the Ritter family, who also own Reasonable Roofing & Contracting and Ritter Custom Homes — see our family of companies.
